Getting Started as a New Student

To ensure a smooth start at Essal Institute, we recommend completing the following steps:

Complete Your Registration

Verify that all required administrative documents (identity card copy, birth certificate, qualifications) are submitted.

Configure Your Devices

Follow the PWA Installation Guide to install the portal on your phone or computer for offline access and instant notifications.

Access the Student Portal

Obtain your login credentials (your @essal.dz or @essal.edu.dz email and temporary password) and complete the first-time sign-in. See Student Portal Guide for details.

Tuition & Payments

Coordinate your tuition payment or set up installment plans via Baridimob, CCP, or at the Institute finance office.

  • Monitor the Portal: Log in to app.essal.institute daily. Important announcements, exam schedules, and grades are posted exclusively on the portal.
  • Respect Attendance Limits: Attendance is tracked electronically. Keep an eye on your status on the portal to avoid warnings or module exclusions.
  • Engage in Practical Projects: Most IT and Business modules place a 30% weight on continuous practical projects. Start your project work early.
